Nini Balarjishvili leads the Georgian office of the Raizing Group. Nini is an experienced policy analyst with a demonstrated background towards Governmental Bodies, International and inter-governmental organisations as well as academia. Throughout her career, she has managed several government-wide projects and participated in national and international projects in the areas of Information Security, eParticipation, eGovernment, transformation of a traditional bureaucracy into digital, citizen-centric service provider. Her background towards government institutions includes working for the Parliament of Georgia as well as for the Ministry of Corrections of Georgia. Throughout her experience in the public sector, she has actively worked towards expending international relations, been a member of various inter-agency councils, has participated in senior-level visits and meetings & conferences of dignitaries and delegations. Regardless, she has experience in innovation projects, development of tech start-ups and forming corporate-startup partnerships.
Nini holds a BA/MA degree in law from Tbilisi State University, executive MA from School of Law of the University of Bologna & Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies towards EU Legal Reform, pursues her PHD studies and works on a doctoral thesis in the area of Artificial Intelligence and the Technological Disruption of Law. Nini has participated in numerous international Conferences, professional courses and Moot Court competitions at the University of Oxford, ECHR, Goethe University Frankfurt towards Media & Internet law, Investment Law, Human Rights
